Daniel T. Fleischer is licensed attorney in Florida and Illinois. He is the co-founder partner of FL TRUSTS AND ESTATES LAW FIRM, a boutique law firm in South Florida and specializes in Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Guardianship, and Probate and Trust Administration.
In addition to being a practicing attorney, Mr. Fleischer is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. This allows Mr. Fleischer to work with families to create a unique life plan that incorporates estate planning tools such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and other Agency Agreements. Mr. Fleischer works with traditional and non-traditional families, multi-generational families and individuals to help them create short and long term financial goals, plan for retirement, wealth accumulation and wealth preservation.
Originally from the North Suburbs of Chicago, Mr. Fleischer has been in South Florida since 1993. He earned his B.B.A. in Finance, and J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. Mr. Fleischer has more than ten years of experience in the Financial and estate planning field. In addition to the private practice of law, Mr. Fleischer also worked for Northern Trust, NA, as the Regional Probate Administrator in Palm Beach County, and as a Trust Advisor with Wachovia Trust/Wells Fargo in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mr. Fleischer lives in Weston, Florida with his wife, Rachel Roth Fleischer, and their children, Isaac, Naomi, and Levi. He is a member of Temple Beth Emet in Cooper City, the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council, the North Dade/South Broward Estate Planning Council (Secretary from 2010-present), the Professional Advisory Committee of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, the Professional Advisory Committee of the ADL of South Palm Beach County, the Florida Bar’s Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section. He is also on the Board of Directors of Monarch Care f/k/a CareSource, Inc.
